WHY SHOULD THE SIPC BE YOUR CHOICE FOR TRAINING CENTERS?

The SIPC has developed a one year course, as well as a 60 hour course, designed to develop and fine tune ones ability to choose color, design and create a more flattering appearance.

The director of education, Flora West, has spent 27 years in the beauty industry as a cosmetologist, aesthetician and conventional make-up artist with 24+ years as a permanent cosmetic artist. Flora has trained with artist such as Sharon Kraus at the American Academy of Micropigmentation:, G.J. Normand at "Advanced Cosmetic Techniques", Elizabeth Finch at "Derma Medical Institute" and many many others. Flora has appeared on numerous talk shows and was the cover feature for the Knoxville News Sentinel Living Section in Feb. 1996. Flora has had other large articles published in area newspapers with titles as "West's Makeup A Dream Come True For Some Women" or "East  Tennessee's Pioneer in Permanent Cosmetics" or as Lori Golden Stryer referred to her on WBIR in 1997 "Where Beauty is Permanent". "live at Five" featuring Ted Hall and Missy Kane even chose to highlight their Monday Make-Over segment with Flora applying Missy's permanent eyebrows, along with other procedures.
