Permanent
Eyeliner
The eyeliner technique
taught by the SIPC involves first creating a base of soft color
in the eyelash line sometimes referred to as "Eyelash
Enhancement". Depending on the individual some clients will want
a much heavier line applied after the enhancement and
others will choose a soft, subtle appearance. Whatever the
personal choice our work is always designed to meet each clients
needs on an individual basis. Many ophthalmologists are
recommending permanent eyeliner for those allergic to makeup &
those wearing contact lenses.
Time
allowed for paperwork & Eyeliner application - 2 hrs.

Permanent Eyebrows
At the SIPC you will be taught the "Hairstroke" technique
where the strokes of pigment actually simulate hair. Anyone
using an eyebrow pencil will be ecstatic with this procedure.
People suffering from Alopecia or Trichomanilia will be grateful
for this procedure.

Permanent
Lipliner/Color
Permanent lipline will assist in preventing lipstick from
"Bleeding" into the surrounding skin. Lips can be defined,
enhanced, or even made to appear larger and reshaped correcting
uneven lips or liplines. Some clients choose a natural look
while others desire a more dramatic effect.
